Special Rate: $30/session if training 2–3x/week
❓ How long is each session
Most sessions last 45 to 60 minutes, depending on your focus and program.
❓ What’s your cancellation policy
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance.
No-shows or late cancellations will result in a forfeited session.
❓ I’m overweight or out of shape — can I still box
Absolutely. You don’t need to be in shape to start — you box to get in shape. This program is built for everyone.
❓ Do I need experience
Not at all. I train beginners, pros, and everyone in between. No ego — just growth.
